Will Call Procedures
Will Call tickets can be picked up beginning at 2 PM at the Ticket Window. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.

Wheelchair access to all areas. An elevator is located on site.
Child Policy
Patrons three years or older need a ticket to attend events. Due to the nature of our events, we do not recommend bringing small children, but if you do, please bring adequate ear protection.
Mobile Tickets
AXS Mobile ID digital tickets are tickets you use with your phone – like e-tickets or mobile tickets from an airline or movie theater -- they make getting in easier than ever.
Simply show your tickets on your phone using the AXS app to enter the venue.
Select AXS Mobile ID as your delivery method when buying tickets (it’s free!), and then follow these simple steps to use them:
- Get the AXS app if you haven’t already
- Open the app and sign in to see your tickets.
- Show the tickets in the app at the gate and get them scanned to enter.
If you’re going with a group, make sure everyone enters together, or transfer tickets to friends before the event.
If you need to sign in, simply click the "Sign In" icon at the upper left-hand corner of AXS.com. You can sign in using your Facebook account or your AXS.com account.

A. You can purchase tickets from the Stage AE website and starting March 1, 2021, you can purchase tickets on AXS.com.
Q. Will the tickets I purchased on Ticketmaster still work?
A. Yes! Your original Ticketmaster tickets are still valid for entry at the venue. You can proceed to the gates and enjoy the show.
Q. Do I need to get new tickets if I purchased on Ticketmaster?
A. Nope. Your original Ticketmaster tickets are still valid for entry at the venue. You can proceed to the gates and enjoy the show.
Q. I have an issue with my order, who should I reach out to for help?

Q. My show has been canceled, what do I need to do?
A. Refunds are available at the original point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets online BEFORE March 1, 2021, Ticketmaster will automatically issue your refund. If you purchased your tickets online AFTER February 28, 2021, AXS will automatically issue your refund back to the original credit card. Please Note: Refunds typically post to your statement within 30 business days from the cancellation announcement.
Q. My show has been postponed or rescheduled, what do I need to do?
A. Keep an eye on your inbox. If you purchased your tickets online BEFORE March 1, 2021, Ticketmaster will send you information about next steps. If you purchased your tickets online AFTER February 28, 2021, AXS will send you information about next steps.

A. AXS Mobile ID is identity-based, digital ticketing technology that is now the preferred way to enter StageAE events.
