Seating Info
The majority of tickets sold for our venue are GA (General Admission - Standing Room), however, for select events we do have Platinum Seating. Platinum Seating for outdoor shows are reserved seats located between the General Admission Pit and General Admission Lawn. Separate General Admission Pit & Lawn tickets are not sold and each area is first come first serve. For indoor shows Platinum Seating is General Admission Bleacher seats in the balcony and they are not reserved locations but the area is reserved for Platinum Seating ticket holders.
Will Call Procedures
Typically, Will Call tickets can be picked up approximately two hours before doors on the day of the show at the Ticket Window. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair access to all areas. An elevator is located on-site.
Child Policy
Patrons of all ages need a ticket to attend events. Due to the nature of our events, we do not recommend bringing small children, but if you do, please bring adequate ear protection.
AXS Mobile Tickets
AXS Mobile ID digital tickets are tickets you use with your phone – like e-tickets or mobile tickets from an airline or movie theater -- they make getting in easier than ever.
Simply show your tickets on your phone using the AXS app to enter the venue.
Select AXS Mobile ID as your delivery method when buying tickets (it’s free!), and then follow these simple steps to use them:
1. Get the AXS app if you haven’t already.
2. Open the app and sign in to see your tickets.
3. Show the tickets in the app at the gate and get them scanned to enter.
If you’re going with a group, make sure everyone enters together, or transfer tickets to friends before the event.
If you need to sign in, simply click the "Sign In" icon at the upper left-hand corner of AXS.com. You can sign in using your Facebook account or your AXS.com account.
