A&R Music Bar

• Is there a specific accessible entryway or are all entries accessible?

  Access to the A&R Music Bar requires the use of an elevator. Please ask for assistance to the elevator when you arrive.

• How do I purchase accessible seating?

  ADA seating is available through AXS.com.  It is our intent to serve all patrons equally and to offer an accessible and barrier-free event experience. If you or a member of your party require ADA accommodations, we ask that you contact the venue reasonably in advance of the event you are attending, so we can make every effort to accommodate specific requests. • Where are the ADA viewing areas?

  ADA viewing is available on the floor level, adjacent to the stage.

• Are there specific ADA restrooms? If so, where are they?

  The main restrooms have accessible stalls.

• Where are the elevators (or chair lifts), if applicable?

  Please ask for assistance to the elevator when you arrive.

• Is ADA parking available? If so, generally where are they located?

  ADA parking is available in the adjacent lot operated by LAZ Parking.

• What does an individual need to do if they need interpreter services?

  To request a sign language interpreter, please email us at: Feedback@promowestlive.com. We kindly ask that you submit your request at least two weeks prior to the concert date. This allows us adequate time to secure the services of a qualified interpreter. While we will do our best to accommodate late requests, advance notice is greatly appreciated.
