Due to popular demand and in light of recent developments and with the health and safety of our guests, staff and artists in mind, the Dance Gavin Dance show on Friday, September 24th at Stage AE will now take place on the outdoor stage, rain or shine.
Additionally, we are requiring all PromoWest and AEG staff to mask up and we *strongly encourage* fans to wear a mask while in attendance as well.
Due to the large gatherings mandate by the state of Pennsylvania, the Dance Gavin Dance show at Stage AE on April 8, 2020 and then September 3, 2020 and then April 9, 2021 has been postponed again until Friday September 24, 2021. There is nothing you need to do as your tickets will be valid for this new date.
If you have purchased a ticket to an event that is occurring between today and September 30, you are required to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of the event. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested documentation, or if you do not have the ability to provide a test result taken within the 72 hour window, you may request a refund from AXS.
If you have a Ticketmaster ticket, you can request a refund here as well.
The period for refund requests will begin on August 16 and will end August 26. Requests will be accepted for AEG Presents events at our owned and operated clubs and theaters within this window only; requests for events on or after October 1 will be addressed closer to October 1.
