“Regretfully and due to unforeseen circumstances, Black Label Society is canceling the Pittsburgh show. Refunds are available at point of purchase. BLS will get back to Pittsburgh as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding. Our friends in Trivium will still be performing on the same night – September 10 at the Roxian Theater. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday August 6.”

If you have purchased a ticket to an event that is occurring between today and September 30, you are required to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of the event.  If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested documentation, or if you do not have the ability to provide a test result taken within the 72 hour window, you may request a refund from AXS.

If you have a Ticketmaster ticket, you can request a refund here as well.

The period for refund requests will begin on August 16 and will end August 26. Requests will be accepted for AEG Presents events at our owned and operated clubs and theaters within this window only; requests for events on or after October 1 will be addressed closer to October 1.

Effective August 18, 2021: To attend any AEG event, patrons are required to provide one of the following: 1. Proof of full vaccination + Photo ID – vaccination card, picture/copy of vaccination card – * must have received second dose (or single dose for J&J recipients) at least 14 days before the event; 2. Or Negative COVID-19 test + Photo ID – email confirmation of negative results w/ date of test, picture/copy of negative results w/ date of test – * negative results must be within 72 hours of the event – * at-home test results will not be accepted
