Due to overwhelming demand and in light of recent developments and with the health and safety of our guests and our staff in mind, the Louis The Child show, August 19th at EXPRESS LIVE! will now take place on the outdoor stage, rain or shine.

Additionally, we are requiring all PromoWest and AEG staff to mask up and we *strongly encourage* fans to wear a mask while in attendance as well.

Due to the recent large gatherings mandate by the state of Ohio, the Louis The Child show at EXPRESS LIVE! on May 8, 2020 and then July 31, 2020 has been postponed until Thursday August 19, 2021. There is nothing you need to do as your tickets will be valid for this new date.

Louis the Child has partnered with PLUS1 so that a portion of proceeds goes to support Global Wildlife Conservation for their work conserving the diversity of life on Earth. globalwildlife.org

If you have purchased a ticket to an event that is occurring between today and September 30, you are required to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of the event.  If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested documentation, or if you do not have the ability to provide a test result taken within the 72 hour window, you may request a refund from AXS.

If you have a Ticketmaster ticket, you can request a refund here as well.

The period for refund requests will begin on August 16 and will end August 26. Requests will be accepted for AEG Presents events at our owned and operated clubs and theaters within this window only; requests for events on or after October 1 will be addressed closer to October 1.

In an effort to keep our staff and guests as safe as possible, we ask guests to come prepared to use contactless forms of payment. All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
