All PromoWest and AEG staff will be required to wear masks and we *strongly encourage* fans to wear a mask while in attendance as well.
If you have purchased a ticket to an event that is occurring between today and September 30, you are required to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of the event. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested documentation, or if you do not have the ability to provide a test result taken within the 72 hour window, you may request a refund.
The period for refund requests will begin on August 16 and will end August 26. Requests will be accepted for AEG Presents events at our owned and operated clubs and theaters within this window only; requests for events on or after October 1 will be addressed closer to October 1.
In an effort to keep our staff and guests as safe as possible, we ask guests to come prepared to use contactless forms of payment. All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
